In 2017, we assisted Main Street Investment Company with their full-scale renovation of Branch Park, an 11 building multi-use complex containing 235,000 SF in Farmers Branch, TX. We managed all aspects of the complete image overhaul of the park to reposition the asset. Since completing the renovations, we increased the occupancy, and raised the blended rental rates across the park by almost 30%.
