The building had unique architecture that was built for a single user building. After CEC entertainment moved its headquarters from Airport Plaza, this asset traded hands multiple times through different ownerships before finally going into foreclosure. Airport Plaza was traditionally a single user property until Dogwood decided to multi-tenant the building. The building underwent renovations to common areas, bathrooms, corridors, landscape, and exterior. The additions included a tenant lounge and spec suites.
