Partnered with Moxiebridge to transform Central 500 into a thriving Class A office facility from a dilapidated, neglected property.  We oversaw the construction, leasing, and property management of the asset throughout the entire renovation process.  Within 18 months of acquiring the asset, we completed 85,000 SF of new lease transactions and increased occupancy 25%.
