Represented the Ricchi Group with their repositioning of the High Point Center, a 260,000 SF office building in North Dallas that was 20% leased. Within 24 months, we completed 162,746 SF of new lease transactions, increased occupancy 52%, and raised rates from $12.00/SF + E to $17.50/SF + E. As of February 2020, the building remains 82% leased.
