Calvin Arnett

Calvin Arnett is a lead Engineer at Dogwood Commercial. He brings 25 years of experience to his role, including seven years with Dogwood. Calvin is responsible for maintaining and overseeing HVAC systems across office properties, managing building-related mechanical systems, and supervising construction projects to ensure operational excellence.

Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Calvin served 13 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer, where he was trained in explosives, land mine operations, and a variety of tactical engineering skills. His military background instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Calvin enjoys spending his free time on his family’s ranch in the Texas Hill Country. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, working on HVAC systems, and restoring vehicles. His greatest joy comes from time spent with his four granddaughters—whether attending school events, going on nature walks, or simply exploring the world together.
