Maddie Dayberry

Maddie is the Operations Czar for Dogwood Commercial. She is responsible for refining processes, finding new ways to build adaptable structures, and defining new procedures. She orchestrates the intricate tensions between the departments in Dogwood’s vertically integrated company, ensuring smooth operations and growing teamwork. Maddie began her career in Food, Service, and Hospitality with LDU Coffee. She contributed to the company’s growth, from store openings to staff development, all while embodying a commitment to excellence and community.

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science from Dallas Baptist University. She is an active member of Park Cities Presbyterian Church. She enjoys spending time with her friends, finding the best restaurants in the city, cooking, and hosting.
