Morgan Day

Morgan serves as a Tenant Coordinator at Dogwood, where she helps guide tenants through their transition into their leased space. She coordinates agents, tenants, and property managers to ensure efficient operations and seamless tenant experiences.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business and Politics from Sewanee: The University of the South. While at Sewanee, she was a student-athlete competing in both field hockey and lacrosse, where she developed valuable skills in leadership, collaboration, and adaptability. Her senior thesis analyzed the effects of COVID-19 on office market vacancy rates and rental prices, providing valuable insight into the economic challenges and shifts within commercial real estate. Morgan also interned with Avison Young during the summers, gaining exposure to the commercial real estate industry and building a foundation in research, analysis, and client service.

Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs outside of work. She also serves as a lacrosse coach for Dallas City Lacrosse, where she mentors young athletes and continues to share her passion for teamwork and sportsmanship.
