Nicole Mergott

Nicole is a Property Manager at Dogwood Commercial. She oversees all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collections, and budgeting. Nicole coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and capital improvements while also managing compliance with lease obligations and property regulations. She manages the financial health of the property, tracks performance, and supports long-term asset value. Nicole began her career in commercial real estate in 2023. Prior to working in property management, she spent 7 years in customer service, where she honed her communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Lubbock Christian University. She is an active volunteer at her local animal shelter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking, and playing pickleball and soccer.
