Parker Anigian

Parker is the Marketing Manager at Dogwood. He leads the company’s marketing strategy, elevating the firm’s leasing, marketing, and asset positioning initiatives. With prior experience as a web developer, creative director, and small business owner, Parker brings a multidisciplinary perspective to commercial real estate—combining technical fluency, creative leadership, and entrepreneurial problem-solving.

With experience spanning real estate branding, signage, and creative project management, he approaches commercial real estate through a design-driven, tenant-centric lens—focusing on how properties are presented and showcased to the market in ways that resonate with today’s brokers and tenants to help them lease faster and perform better. At Dogwood, Parker works closely with the leasing and asset management teams to develop property marketing initiatives and brand-forward leasing materials that support both tenant demand and long-term asset value.

Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Visualization from Texas A&M University. He enjoys soccer, being outdoors, playing with his dog, and spending time with his family.
