Block 57 sees increase from 8% to 56% in first 12 months.

Partnered with Moxiebridge to acquire a 170,000 SF office complex in North Dallas in May 2019.  We oversaw the construction, leasing, and property management throughout the entire repositioning process.  Through our efforts, we completed 80,534 SF of new lease transactions, raised rental rates from $16.00/SF + E to $22.50/SF + E, and increased occupancy from 8% to 56% leased within the first 12 months.
