Jacqueline Miranda

Jacqueline is a Property Manager for Dogwood Management. She oversees the daily operations of retail and urban flex/showroom properties, manages tenant relations, coordinates maintenance and repairs, negotiates vendor and service contracts, and ensures compliance with all local regulations. Jacqueline also manages budgeting, rent collection, lease administration, and financial reporting to ensure properties perform efficiently and meet ownership goals.

Jacqueline began her career in real estate administration, where she built a solid foundation in customer service, leasing, and property management. She has overseen more than 12 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout her career, giving her a strong background in managing large-scale assets, complex property operations, and diverse tenant portfolios. Her combined retail and industrial expertise allows her to balance the unique needs of each property type while maintaining strong tenant satisfaction and asset performance.
